I. fire risk

1. Airport

When the visibility is poor, the aircraft is easy to hit the dikes and baffles, causing fire accidents; The aircraft brake fails, rushes out of the runway, hits the airport enclosure facilities, or falls into the mire when moving on the bad ground, which may cause a fire; A large area of weeds and various electrical equipment in the flight area, as well as construction and repair, construction equipment and pavement repair equipment, and other operations are slightly careless, which is easy to cause fire

(2) various cables and wires of the radio communication and navigation system pass under the floor. In case of line damage, heating, short circuit, equipment failure and careless operation during use and maintenance, fire may occur

(7) electrical failures of mechanical equipment in the airport cargo warehouse, sparks caused by machine friction and impact, and random warehousing of various motor vehicles are also easy to cause warehouse fires; Fire accidents may be caused by improper collection and transportation of goods, lax transportation inspection, illegal operation of loading and unloading workers, lack of understanding of dangerous goods by personnel handling dangerous goods, false declaration of the name of the goods by the owner or concealment of dangerous goods in the goods

(9) the inflammables and explosives stored and used in the maintenance plant, as well as the frequent dangerous operations such as painting, cleaning, oiling, oil drainage, welding, etc., all pose a great fire risk

(10) the oils and additives stored in the airport oil depot are volatile, easy to leak, easy to flow, easy to accumulate electrostatic charges, flammable and explosive. A little negligence will lead to fire

(11) short circuit, overload, excessive contact resistance, arc light, lightning strike, etc. caused by poor insulation of electrical equipment and lines in airport substation may cause fire, especially if the power supply is interrupted in case of fire, it is easy to cause aircraft collision and fire accident

2. Aircraft

(1) sudden shutdown caused by aircraft engine failure, engine smoke, fire or sudden explosion; The engine was thrown off when the plane took off, causing the plane to tilt and plug into the ground, causing a fire

(2) aircraft fire caused by landing gear wheel fire, hydraulic oil fire, tire fire, tire drop or shooting, oil shock absorber failure or mechanical failure

(3) the running, emitting, dripping, leaking and impure fuel of the aircraft fuel system, static electricity generated by the fuel and the poor operation technology of the pilot may also lead to the aircraft fire

(4) when the electrical equipment and lines of the aircraft electrical system are short circuited, overloaded, and the contact resistance is too large, the aircraft is prone to fire; Electric heating equipment close to combustibles and improper use of lighting fixtures are also prone to fire

(5) when inflammable, explosive, self ignitable and other dangerous substances are carried in the checked goods, luggage or passengers' carry on luggage and parcels, or there are substances with chemical properties that conflict with the aircraft, fire or explosion accidents may be caused due to loose packaging or loading and unloading not in accordance with the regulations

(6) after the aircraft starts, the bearing and rotating friction parts heat up and catch fire, causing other combustibles to cause different engine fires in the force measuring range of the flying machine

(7) under adverse weather and meteorological conditions such as fog, sudden torrent, strong wind and heavy rain, it is easy to cause aircraft accidents and even sudden fires

(8) when the aircraft takes off, it suddenly encounters the impact of birds in the air, or when taxiing on the ground, it suddenly encounters people, livestock, etc., causing the improper operation of pilots and causing the aircraft crash and fire; Rats running into the aircraft and biting the insulation layer of wires, oil pipelines, packages of dangerous chemicals, etc. will also cause accidents and fires

(9) the interruption of communication and navigation, or the error of navigation command and the misunderstanding of navigation command by pilots may cause a major malignant accident of aircraft crash
