(3) fire prevention requirements for heating boiler room and operators

1) heating boiler room. The boiler room should be built in the downwind direction of the construction site, away from the construction in progress, flammable and combustible buildings, open-air flammable material storage yard, material warehouse, etc; The boiler room shall not be lower than grade II fire resistance rating; The door of the boiler room should be opened outwards

the distance between the front of the boiler and the wall shall not be less than 3m, and the distance between the boiler and the boiler shall not be less than 1m. The boiler room should have proper ventilation and lighting, and the safety equipment on the boiler should have good lighting. The boiler flue and chimney shall be kept at a certain distance from the combustible components, and the distance between the metal chimney and the combustible structure shall not be less than 100m; The combustible structure with fire protection layer shall not be less than 70m; The inner surface of the brick chimney and flue is not less than 50cm away from the combustible structure, and its outer surface is not less than 10cm. The chimneys of boilers without smoke and dust control measures shall be equipped with anti spark caps

2) stoker. Strictly enforce the on duty inspection system. After the boiler is on fire, the stoker is not allowed to leave the work post, and it is not allowed to sleep or do irrelevant things during the on duty time. When the stoker is off duty, he must make a shift handover to the next shift and record the boiler operation. Pour the ash at the designated place (do not pour the ash with an afterfire), observe the water temperature and water level at any time, and the materials are still residual and deformed. It is forbidden to use flammable and combustible liquids for ignition

(4) fire prevention requirements for fire installation and use:

heating method construction and heating should use heating as much as possible. If a fire furnace is used, a plan and fire prevention measures must be put forward in advance, and fire can be opened only with the consent of the fire protection department. 1) fire installation. All kinds of metal parts and brick furnaces must be complete and good without cracks. The distance between all kinds of metal furnaces and combustible and flammable materials shall not be less than 1m, and the distance between furnaces with protective layers and combustibles shall not be less than 70 cm. The wall thickness of various brick furnaces shall not be less than 30cm; There shall be no combustibles above the stove without chimney. If necessary, non combustible materials such as iron plate shall be erected for heat insulation, and the heat insulation plate shall be more than 15 cm above each side of the periphery of the stove top. When installing the stove on the wooden floor, the stove plate must be set. The thickness of the stove plate with feet should not be less than 12 cm, and the thickness of the stove plate without feet should not be less than 18 cm. The stove plate should extend 50cm in front of the stove door and 15cm on the left and right after the stove. Various furnaces shall be equipped with fire stops higher than the furnace body as required

the furnace body, chimney and chimney outlet of various furnaces should be kept at a distance of more than 50 cm from the power line and electrical equipment

2) fire prevention requirements for fire use and management. The fire must be guarded by a specially assigned person who has received education in safety and fire fighting knowledge, and the number of people watching the fire per person should not be too large. When moving various heating furnaces, the fire must be extinguished before moving. The ashes taken out must be burned with water at any time and then dumped at the designated place. It is forbidden to ignite with flammable and combustible liquids. The coal filled should not be too much, and it is better not to exceed the upper edge of the furnace mouth, so as to prevent the fire of combustibles caused by hot coal falling out. It is not allowed to refine oil and bake inflammables on the stove

(5) use and management of flammable and explosive materials

1) special personnel must be assigned to supervise, patrol and inspect the works using combustible materials for insulation. The number of personnel shall be determined according to the number of combustible materials and the insulation area

2) reasonably arrange the construction and network diagram, generally arranging the hot work in front and the thermal insulation material in the back

3) after the positioning of thermal insulation materials, it is forbidden to use fire and electricity for all operations, especially the thermal insulation operation at the lower layer and the fire and electricity operation at the upper layer

4) lighting lines and lighting fixtures should be away from combustible insulation materials

5) after the use of thermal insulation materials, they should be cleaned at any time and stored in a centralized manner

(6) heat preservation and antifreeze of fire-fighting equipment in winter

1) outdoor fire hydrant. Underground fire hydrants should be installed on the construction site in winter as far as possible. A water test should be carried out before winter, and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added. The fire hydrants should be covered with straw curtains, sawdust, etc. to ensure the temperature in recent years to prevent freezing. When it snows in winter, the snow on the fire hydrant should be removed in time to avoid freezing the fire hydrant well cover after the snow melts. High rise temporary fire water pipes should be insulated or emptied. Heating measures should be considered in the fire pump to avoid freezing

2) fire pool. Before winter, the thermal insulation of the fire pool should be done well, and it should be checked at any time. If it is frozen, it should be broken. The general method is to cover the pool with wood, and then cover the wood with straw and sawdust not less than cm thick
