3. Characteristics of screen printing mirror ink:

Do not use an inclined version during screen printing, otherwise it will flow badly. Therefore, whether manual or machine printing, parallel lifting version should be used to make the ink as thin as water always fill the version, Avoid or reduce blocking that may affect normal silk screen printing

(generally, the range of the hydraulic universal testing machine can be divided into 100kN, 300KN, 600kN, 1000KN, 2000kN and 3000kn2) if the silk screen printing machine is selected for printing, the metal ink return scraper should be changed to the rubber ink return scraper to make the ink evenly coated on the plate

(3) during the mirror ink screen printing, the coating range should be controlled to be close to the printing area of the effective picture and text as far as possible. (4) the mirror ink volatilizes quickly in the upper solvent. In order to prevent blocking, it is necessary to ensure continuous printing while paying attention not to allow the flowing air to dry the plate

(5) if the thickness of the ink film is too thick, there will be peeling between the aluminum pigments in the ink. Therefore, it is recommended that the ink be printed as thin as possible, and note that the mirror ink cannot be overlapped

(6) the mirror ink itself has no good shielding performance. In order to obtain a good mirror and its color changing effect, a layer of covering ink must be printed. This kind of printing ink should be the ink that adheres well to the mirror and the color changing mirror ink without solvent erosion
