Dezhou Shihua has strong technical force and rich engineering design and construction experience, and can provide the raw materials required for the pilot test. With various favorable conditions, Dezhou Shihua obtained the opportunity to cooperate with the Shanghai Academy of higher learning of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
